About the job
Conduct outbound Portuguese- and English-language sales calls to Interval International members, promoting membership options, renewals, upgrades, and travel products while helping members use their benefits.
What you'll do
- Contact existing and former members in Brazil and domestic markets to sell deposits, extensions, renewals, upgrades, and reinstatements.
- Identify member needs, explain benefits and services, and recommend suitable membership and travel products.
- Meet sales and quality goals, document interactions, and follow company procedures and confidentiality requirements.
