Supports the Director of Engineering by supervising property engineering operations, maintenance, facilities, and staff while maintaining property standards and guest service.
What you'll do
- Supervises daily engineering operations, repair work orders, and preventive maintenance; covers Engineering in the Director’s absence.
- Helps manage and inspect the physical plant, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, water treatment, and life safety systems; responds to emergencies.
- Trains, schedules, and supports engineering associates, and contributes to hiring, performance feedback, and guest service.
