About the job
Prepares and reviews foreclosure, deed-in-lieu, and bankruptcy documentation, coordinates with legal vendors, and updates records and inventory for reacquired units.
What you'll do
- Prepare, review, and verify legal documents, affidavits, deeds, title searches, and foreclosure-sale bidding instructions.
- Coordinate documentation and financial information with external legal vendors, customers, and internal departments; monitor vendor reports.
- Transfer reacquired units, update inventory and internal systems, and complete period-end and month-end procedures.
