What you'll do
- Contact preview-tour customers by phone before their scheduled arrival and tour date; share information about property amenities and local attractions.
- Identify guests’ needs and arrange for them to be met; respond to service requests professionally and promptly.
- Welcome and greet guests, anticipate their needs, and interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
