Coordinates daily housekeeping assignments and room readiness, supports VIP guest service, and liaises with other resort departments.
What you'll do
- Prepare and distribute housekeeping assignment sheets/workboards, including room assignments and cleaning requirements.
- Coordinate VIP service and communicate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned on time.
- Coordinate Housekeeping with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry; assign rush rooms and rooms previously marked Do Not Disturb.
