Coordinates housekeeping room assignments and service with other departments to support guest needs and ensure rooms are cleaned on time.
What you'll do
- Prepares and distributes housekeeping assignment sheets/workboards, including room assignments and cleaning types.
- Coordinates VIP service and liaises with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
- Assigns rush and previously Do Not Disturb rooms, and follows up on vacant dirty rooms to ensure timely cleaning.
