What you'll do
- Inspect guest rooms after housekeeping and complete cleanliness checklists and required paperwork.
- Respond to guests and other departments, following room-entry and guest-service procedures.
- Support housekeeping staff through training and coaching, and assist with room, house aide, and public-space cleaning as needed.
