Responds to guest repair requests and performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs on resort equipment, rooms, buildings, and grounds.

- Perform basic maintenance and repairs across building systems, guestroom items, equipment, landscaping, and sprinklers.
- Complete preventive maintenance, maintain inventories and records, and communicate work updates across shifts.
