Performs routine maintenance, repairs, preventive upkeep, and guest-request service across resort equipment, rooms, and property systems.
What you'll do
- Respond to guest repair requests and troubleshoot or perform basic repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance, painting, minor drywall and trim repairs, landscaping repairs, and upkeep of tools and work areas.
- Maintain maintenance records and inventory, communicate shift updates, and follow safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout.

- Basic proficiency in one or more listed maintenance areas, such as electrical, plumbing, mechanical, air conditioning and refrigeration, or carpentry.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
