- Respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and communicate with guests or Owners to resolve maintenance issues.
- Troubleshoot building systems and read, log, track, and interpret meter and gauge readings.
- Perform engineering inventory duties, attend training, and follow company safety procedures.
