Recruits and supports rental-program owners, coordinates unit repairs and upkeep, and helps manage staff and administrative operations.
What you'll do
- Builds relationships with realtors and potential owners, presents the rental program, and maintains rental-management contracts.
- Tracks unit issues and coordinates repairs or upgrades between owners and vendors; checks units for required standards and regulations.
- Serves as Manager on Duty 1–2 days per week, supervises staff during those shifts, and assists with administrative and accounting tasks.

- Condominium/resort background; previous vacation rental and guest services experience; sales experience is desirable.
