Administers Organizational Effectiveness and HR programs, analyzes related data, maintains systems and resources, and supports communications and adoption of talent practices.
What you'll do
- Administer associate surveys, performance management, and other OE processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, and onboarding.
- Compile and summarize OE data; maintain dashboards, reports, program documentation, and supporting systems.
- Create and maintain program communications and resources, including Viva Engage content and community administration.
