Sell vacation ownership products by converting prospective owners into purchasers, supporting contract completion, and maintaining customer relationships to encourage satisfaction and future sales.
What you'll do
- Present and sell vacation ownership products tailored to prospects’ needs, including conducting property tours and explaining financing options.
- Process sales contracts and related financial documents accurately, and work to support timely closings and minimize cancellations.
- Follow up with owners and prospects to address questions, resolve service inquiries, and develop reload, referral, and additional sales opportunities.
