Sell vacation ownership to prospective and existing owners, tailoring presentations, completing sales contracts, and supporting customer relationships after the sale.
What you'll do
- Develop leads and owner relationships, identify vacation needs, and deliver customized sales presentations and tours.
- Review and complete sales, loan, and legally required paperwork; support timely closings and reduce cancellations.
- Follow up with owners and customers to resolve inquiries, maintain satisfaction, and develop reload, referral, and additional sales opportunities.
