About the job
A fully on-site resort operations internship in South Lake Tahoe, with department assignments in housekeeping, front office, or recreation and activities.
What you'll do
- Learn and perform department tasks, including villa cleaning, guest check-in and support, or leading and supporting resort activities.
- Observe and assist with room inspections, inventory and supply ordering, guest requests, activity planning, and special events, depending on department.
- Participate in the internship program’s leadership sessions, cross-department shadowing, and a business innovation project.
