What you'll do
- Respond to guest maintenance requests and perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs across building systems, equipment, and guestroom items.
- Maintain tools, inventory, and utility shut-offs; communicate shift activities and follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout.
- Provide courteous guest service and complete related housekeeping, engineering, and landscaping tasks.
