Audits school districts’ reimbursement requests and completed construction projects, prepares audit and closeout documentation, and supports users of the MSBA’s Progress Payment (Pro-Pay) system.
What you'll do
- Review invoices and reimbursement requests for eligible costs, errors, and supporting documentation; communicate with stakeholders about missing materials or issues.
- Conduct closeout audits, prepare audit reports and closeout packages, and maintain audit records.
- Support Pro-Pay training and outreach, and collect project data for reports and audit preparation.
