Works with stakeholders and end users to analyze requirements, implement and support system solutions, and test MSBA applications and other Authority systems.
What you'll do
- Analyze business processes and requirements; document functional specifications and recommend process improvements.
- Develop end-to-end test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
- Create reports and visualizations, maintain system documentation, and support users through training and access troubleshooting.
