What you'll do
- Lead and develop analysts and workforce planners, including prioritizing and tracking team requests.
- Own operational reporting, dashboards, performance governance, monitoring, forecasting, and workforce planning.
- Support vendor budgets and operational strategy through analysis, investigations, and recommendations.
