Leads Hinge’s Engineering Enablement team, setting strategy and delivering platform tools and capabilities that help engineers build, validate, and ship software faster and more safely.
What you'll do
- Set the team’s strategy, roadmap, and priorities, and deliver measurable improvements in engineering velocity and quality.
- Build and improve developer tools, workflows, CI/CD, observability, and validation infrastructure, including AI-agent capabilities.
- Manage and develop engineers, raise technical standards, and coordinate shared work with Platform and product engineering teams.
