What you'll do
- Set strategy and oversee negotiation and management of procurement, vendor, and SaaS/technology agreements globally.
- Guide Legal Operations, including contract lifecycle management, billing, and legal-tech strategy and execution.
- Build and lead the team, processes, playbooks, templates, and AI-enabled automation for contracting and legal operations.
