Principal Identity Security Engineer - AD & MS Entra ID

What you'll do

• Evolve Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity, and non-human identity capabilities.
• Improve authentication, authorization, privileged access, identity governance, threat detection, and recovery readiness.
• Promote automation and engineering guardrails for reliable identity platforms and application, service, and AI-enabled system access.

What they ask for

• Enterprise identity experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity, federation, provisioning, and authentication technologies.
• Identity security experience, including privileged access, threat detection and response, recovery planning, and identity hardening.
• IAM engineering and automation experience, including scripting, APIs, configuration-as-code, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD.
• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with identity patterns for AI-enabled systems, automation platforms, and agentic workflows.

Pay

144,600–231,300 USD yearly base salary
