About the job
Supports MathWorks’ global order and revenue cycle by processing transactions, analyzing sales results, managing subscriptions and receivables, and resolving operational issues with customers and internal teams.
What you'll do
- Partner with Sales to ensure quotes, licenses, products, and commissions are transacted accurately; learn the global order/revenue process and manage software subscription life cycles.
- Analyze sales bookings and report monthly results; maintain cash-flow projections and manage accounts receivable, resolving payment discrepancies.
- Develop systems and application skills by troubleshooting, testing, and documenting requirements, while following compliance requirements such as tax assessment and export guidelines.
