Own and evolve Matterhaul’s production AI stack, building reliable agents and retrieval systems for supply-chain workflows including quoting, ordering, procurement, and dispatch.
What you'll do
- Design and build tool-using agents, retrieval and memory systems, and workflow orchestration.
- Create evaluation, quality, and AI observability systems; manage model routing, cost, latency, safety, and guardrails.
- Develop voice and document AI pipelines and evaluate new models and techniques for production use.
