What you'll do
- Draft, review, negotiate, and execute agreements including MSAs, DSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and SLAs.
- Establish and maintain a centralized CLM system and monitor contract milestones, renewals, pricing, and performance obligations.
- Partner with Legal, Sourcing, and other teams on templates, risk frameworks, supplier compliance, and disputes.
