Own MatX’s facilities operations, construction projects, and building physical security, while helping scale the facilities and security teams.
What you'll do
- Manage tenant-improvement construction projects and serve as the property-management contact for building operational issues.
- Own building physical security, including patrols, infrastructure, policies, and training.
- Scale the facilities and security teams and provide off-hours on-call support for building emergencies.
