About the job
Manage daily hardware lab operations, including board rework and bring-up support, equipment readiness, remote testing, inventory, procurement, and lab safety.
What you'll do
- Perform precision SMT rework, engineering changes, and board-level failure analysis; support new-board bring-up.
- Maintain and calibrate lab instruments, support engineers during remote test sessions, and keep equipment records and handoff logs.
- Manage lab procurement, inventory, ESD controls, safety, and the physical lab space.

- Expert hand soldering and SMT rework skills.
- Hands-on proficiency with standard bench instruments and ability to operate them on a remote engineer’s behalf.

Pay
$160,000 - $275,000 USD base salary; $175,000 - $400,000 USD base salary; $250,000 - $600,000 USD base salary
