What you'll do
- Own manufacturing NPI from EVT through DVT and PVT, including first-article builds, process qualification, and transition to mass production with JDM/ODM partners.
- Develop assembly processes, documentation, tooling, fixtures, and production tests; resolve DFM/DFT/DFA issues with engineering teams.
- Improve manufacturing yield and readiness through defect analysis, root-cause actions, process controls, ECO implementation, and capacity planning.

- 5+ years of NPI or manufacturing engineering experience in PCB, server, AI compute, networking, or electronics hardware, with a track record taking complex products through EVT, DVT, PVT, and production ramp.
- Hands-on electronics manufacturing and SMT experience, including stencil design, solder paste, reflow, placement, soldering, SPI, AOI, and X-ray inspection.
- Experience qualifying complex PCB assembly processes, manufacturing tests and fixtures, and yield/root-cause methods; knowledge of SPC, process capability, and Cpk.
- Experience with JDM/ODM/CM partners, manufacturing BOMs, ECOs, and AVL/component changes; familiarity with PLM/MES tools (Arena, Agile, or equivalent).
Nice to have
- Experience with high-power AI accelerator or GPU server manufacturing, liquid cooling, or OCP Open Rack/rack-scale systems.
- Familiarity with JTAG/boundary scan testing, IPC manufacturing standards, automated manufacturing data collection, or high-volume ramp and capacity planning.
Pay
$160,000 - $275,000 USD base salary; $175,000 - $400,000 USD base salary; $250,000 - $600,000 USD base salary
