About the job
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for datacenter racks and hardware components, managing suppliers, negotiations, integration partners, and the transition from development to volume production.
What you'll do
- Lead supplier strategy, selection, RFXs, commercial negotiations, and pricing agreements for racks and hardware components.
- Manage supplier relationships and work with Hardware Engineering to assess capabilities, improve total cost of ownership, and reduce supply risks.
- Coordinate with Legal and Contract Management on commercial and engineering contracts, while driving cost reductions and supporting hardware iteration schedules.
