What you'll do
- Manage employer client relationships, monitor account health, and support retention and renewal planning.
- Drive enrollment and engagement; use performance data to advise clients on program optimization and business impact.
- Coordinate with channel partners and internal Sales, Renewals, Product, and Analytics teams on account plans, handoffs, and growth opportunities.
What they ask for
- 5+ years in account management, customer success, or client services within digital health, healthcare, benefits, or SaaS, with demonstrated client relationship and commercial-outcome experience.
- Proven ability to support and execute marketing or engagement strategies that produce measurable client outcomes.
- Experience contributing to client retention, renewal management, and account growth; partnering with Sales or Renewals is also sought.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, prioritization, and stakeholder relationship skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience managing enterprise employer clients through channel or payer partners (5,000+ employees); digital health, employer or payer health benefits, or high-volume client experience is helpful.
