Supports Maven’s expansion into insurance-based billing by managing claims denials and appeals, resolving eligibility and payment issues, and improving claims operations.
What you'll do
- Develop and refine claims-processing SOPs; review complex claims and identify denials or underpayments.
- Coordinate billing issue resolution across RCM, Member Support, and Finance, escalating systemic or member-experience issues as appropriate.
- Report on claims volume, SLA performance, and denial trends; identify process issues and resolve claim-specific problems.
