About the job
Leads actuarial modeling and claims analysis to evaluate outcomes, savings, and financial risk across Maven’s employer benefit programs, while supporting client-facing strategy.
What you'll do
- Own claims and savings projections, retrospective analyses, performance guarantee assessments, and value-based care modeling.
- Build and maintain actuarial and ROI models; conduct claims analytics and actuarial confidence evaluations.
- Support RFPs, present outcomes methodology to clients and partners, contribute to thought leadership, and manage actuarial vendors.

- FSA, ASA, or equivalent actuarial credential (or meaningful progress toward credentialing), or a graduate degree with 6+ years of directly relevant actuarial or healthcare analytics experience.

USD $180,000-$210,000 per year (base salary)
