About the job
Owns the design vision and delivery of Maven’s provider-facing virtual care experiences, while advancing AI-native design practices and patterns for healthcare.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design across complex provider tooling and virtual clinic initiatives, from concept through delivery.
- Define trusted AI behavior and develop scalable AI-powered healthcare design patterns, including human-AI handoffs.
- Build high-fidelity prototypes with AI-assisted coding tools and lead strategic collaboration and mentorship across teams.

USD $220,000-$265,000 per year base salary
