About the job
Leads Maven’s core-business enrollment and revenue growth while overseeing AI enablement, central operations, and strategy and operations.
What you'll do
- Own enrollment strategy, targets, and revenue outcomes; build and optimize the member journey from eligibility through enrollment, activation, and re-engagement.
- Lead teams responsible for AI adoption and impact measurement, central operations systems and processes, and organization-wide strategy and operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution, metrics, experimentation, attribution, and forecasting with teams across the company.
