Build and operate shared platform capabilities for Chicago teams, enabling self-service development and deployment while supporting production issues during US hours.
What you'll do
- Translate Chicago teams’ needs into platform requirements, developer environments, deployment workflows, templates, and checks.
- Support production incidents and coordinate work across Chicago, London, and Asia teams.
- Contribute to the shared platform and collaborate with Linux, network, and storage teams on cross-layer issues.
