About the job
Leads the Behavior team’s trajectory and intent prediction systems, guiding architecture and delivery that combine machine learning and classical robotics for May Mobility’s autonomous-driving platform.
What you'll do
- Set prediction architecture direction and coordinate roadmaps and deliverables across autonomy, infrastructure, and operations teams.
- Integrate safety metrics, risk assessments, and ODD requirements into delivery and testing; support field issue analysis and engineering escalations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineers while maintaining code quality, design reviews, and team performance metrics.
