Manager, Simulation Operations

What you'll do

• Manage scheduled and on-demand simulation test suites and oversee scenario intake, generation, tagging, and maintenance.
• Establish QA standards and evaluation metrics; analyze simulation results and report regressions, trends, and edge cases.
• Lead hybrid staff and contractors while integrating AI tools and automated workflows to improve operational speed.

What they ask for

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical operations, software QA/testing management, or data operations.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience overseeing full-time engineers and contingent/contractor workforces.
• Experience establishing operational metrics, QA frameworks, and executive reporting; demonstrated use of modern AI tools to improve workflows.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in Autonomous Vehicles, Robotics, Aerospace, or Gaming simulation environments.
• Experience managing vendor SOWs, SLA tracking, and contractor scaling strategy; familiarity with OpenSCENARIO or synthetic data generation pipelines.
