Leads a site team and oversees autonomous shuttle operations to meet safety, service, financial, and reliability goals.
What you'll do
- Oversee Site Supervisors, Technicians, and contracted Autonomous Vehicle Operators; manage safety protocols, service, staffing, and performance.
- Track site metrics, reporting, and budget performance, and improve operational processes.
- Coordinate technical issue escalations and work with Field Operations on training and vehicle-technology rollouts.
