Product Manager (Senior/Lead)

What you'll do

• Set product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics; partner with engineering and design to deliver and iterate.
• Work directly with customers and cross-functional teams to prioritize needs and improve onboarding and customer outcomes.
• Design agentic workflows on deterministic rails, measure agent performance, and use AI to accelerate product work.

What they ask for

• 4–6 years of product management experience leading cross-functional teams from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Track record shipping products in complex domains where details matter.
• Experience building with agents or shipping AI-powered/agentic features, with opinions on human- and agent-centered product design.
• Hands-on experience with modern models and agents and writing and instrumenting evals.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial, analytical, or data-heavy software.

Pay

$180K – $240K USD base salary
