What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle hiring for business roles, partnering with leaders on role profiles, candidate evaluation, and closing.
- Build and document recruiting systems, including AI sourcing pipelines, Ashby automations, candidate briefs, and pipeline analytics.
- Support Forward Deployed Engineering and engineering recruiting when needed.
