About the job

Own the classical computer-vision and data-processing pipeline that turns model predictions into clean, calibrated 3D hand data for delivery.

What you'll do

  • Develop 3D geometry, camera calibration, temporal filtering, inverse kinematics, and physical-constraint checks.
  • Build data-delivery pipelines, quality metrics, visualizers, and dashboards; maintain pipeline reliability at scale.
  • Provide classical computer-vision expertise across the organization and collaborate with research teams on model outputs.

What they ask for

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and computer vision.
  • Strong production Python and solid multi-view geometry, including triangulation, PnP, camera calibration, reprojection, and coordinate transforms.
  • Experience with temporal filtering and signal processing, including low-pass and Kalman-family filters and interpolation.
  • Experience with inverse kinematics and articulated-structure constraints; enough ML knowledge to work with deep-model outputs and failure modes.

Nice to have

  • Human pose or mesh reconstruction; Bayesian filtering or state estimation, or optimization frameworks such as Ceres or GTSAM.
  • CV visualization and QA tooling, stereo or multi-view capture, or light temporal ML.

Pay

CA$200K – CA$230K (base salary)

Tools

Python, C++, Ceres, GTSAM

AI focus

Processes outputs from pose and mesh models for embodied-AI data pipelines; the role does not train the models. Light temporal ML is a nice-to-have. The posting states AI-assisted tools may be used to evaluate applications.
