About the job

Build and validate electronics and sensing hardware that captures data for robotics and embodied AI systems, taking designs from circuit development through production.

What you'll do

  • Design, bring up, and debug circuits and PCB layouts for capture devices and wearable sensing systems.
  • Integrate or prototype sensors; characterize measurements and develop calibration and signal-processing methods.
  • Validate hardware with firmware and mechanical teams, then improve reliability and manufacturing consistency with suppliers.

What they ask for

  • Hands-on circuit design, PCB development, and board bring-up experience.
  • Strong foundation in analog and digital electronics, power supplies, grounding, decoupling, and sensor interfaces.
  • Practical prototyping and debugging with laboratory instruments and soldering or rework tools; ability to analyze results in Python or a similar language.
  • Evidence of rigorous prototype testing and resolving issues across electronics, firmware, and mechanical integration.

Nice to have

  • Experience applying tactile, force, pressure, or other wearable sensors in real systems.
  • Experience with flexible circuits, EMC, wireless or battery-powered devices, or production test and calibration.
