Deploys Medeloop’s products in customer cloud environments and builds, launches, and maintains tailored AI workflows for clinical and research teams.
What you'll do
- Own customer deployments from scoping through production, including integrations, workflow development, testing, and launch.
- Define and evaluate workflow success with customers; monitor deployed workflows and fix issues as systems change.
- Apply security-first practices for sensitive patient data and turn successful custom work into reusable product features.
What they ask for
- Experience building scalable agentic systems for long-horizon, multi-step tasks and designing reliability evaluations.
- Experience with LLM APIs, including tool calling, MCP or similar protocols, prompt and workflow design, and evaluations.
- Day-to-day fluency with coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, with a track record of using them to ship code.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers and their infrastructure; experience with data lakehouses and warehouses.
