Member of Growth Staff

What you'll do

• Own growth across organic, paid, outbound, partnerships, creators, and community channels; develop launch and distribution strategies.
• Run experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, and improve growth analytics and reporting.
• Partner with product and engineering on onboarding and growth loops; use automation and AI tools to scale outreach and experimentation.

What they ask for

• Experience taking a startup or product from 0 to 1 at a high-growth company or early-stage startup.
• Strong exposure to multiple growth functions, including acquisition, lifecycle, partnerships, outbound, growth product, and analytics.
• Analytical, experimental approach; strong product instincts and ability to collaborate with engineering and design.
• Able to work in person at the NYC office five days a week.

Nice to have

• Exposure to GTM engineering, growth automation, scraping/enrichment workflows, or programmatic distribution.
