About the job
Build and lead the Americas customer-facing engineering team that creates enterprise agentic AI solutions using customer data and ontologies, while personally contributing to engagements and shaping the global practice.
What you'll do
- Lead, recruit, and develop the Americas ICX Engineering team; build customer solutions as a player-coach.
- Lead customer engagements and serve as a senior technical presence alongside sales leadership.
- Work with global ICX leaders to evolve customer engagement practices.
