What you'll do
- Drive yield and defect reduction, lead root-cause and corrective actions, and report quality metrics.
- Define final inspection and outgoing quality criteria, sampling plans, and lot disposition.
- Represent Menlo at NPI phase gates; audit manufacturing controls and coordinate quality improvements with the contract manufacturer and engineering teams.
