Partners with the VP of Delivery Operations to set priorities and drive cross-functional execution of Mercor’s human data programs.
What you'll do
- Coordinate strategic projects across Delivery, Recruiting, Ops, Product, and Finance, tracking progress and resolving operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain operating rhythms, including weekly business reviews, KPI tracking, OKRs, and leadership reporting.
- Prepare executive and board-level materials and lead special projects such as program launches, process redesigns, vendor evaluations, and headcount planning.
