About the job
Own and develop Mercor’s data platform, including data organization, governance, access controls, ingestion, pipeline reliability, and cost management.
What you'll do
- Organize and govern Snowflake data, including role-based access, row-level security, and PII masking.
- Own data tooling and operations, including Fivetran connectors, Airflow/Astronomer pipelines, Hex governance, on-call, and warehouse spend.
- Migrate production data systems and help build CDC/streaming ingestion and internal platform tooling.

- Experience designing data access and governance models at scale, including RBAC, row-level security, and PII.
