What you'll do
- Manage, hire, coach, and grow a team of 6–10 engineers while setting engineering practices and execution standards.
- Lead technical direction and development of scalable AI systems, evaluation infrastructure, and high-quality training data workflows.
- Partner with product, research, operations, and external AI labs to improve model quality and deliver engineering roadmaps.
