Owns the systems, coordination, analytics, and candidate experience that support high-velocity engineering hiring from intake through offer and onboarding.
What you'll do
- Coordinate interviews and offers, maintain ATS records, and resolve recruiting-process bottlenecks.
- Partner with technical recruiters and hiring teams on requisitions, funnel health, prioritization, and hiring goals.
- Improve recruiting workflows, run process pilots, and report on hiring analytics and candidate experience.
